Franchise Includes:

 
Exclusive geographic territory;
 
Pre-opening assistance- analysis of financial budgets, site appraisal,
  assistance in acquiring equipment, supplies and product inventory, etc.;
 
Pre-opening training program- including initial training at a chosen 
  Bearno’s restaurant and then on-site training
   
On-site opening assistance for the Franchised Restaurant;
   
One copy of the Confidential Manual;
 
Bearno’s regular and continuing supervisory services and periodic
  inspections and evaluations of Franchisee's operation;
   
Bearno’s periodic product pricing and quality improvement program
  including continual price negotiations, product research, etc;
   
Bearno’s Marketing Co-op company-wide advertising, promotions, and
  marketing resources;
   
Financial and Operating Reviews to assist franchisees with performance
  including cost of goods, labor cost and breakeven analyses;
 
Menu analysis with ideal cost of goods sold tracking;
   
Company-wide sales tracking and reporting;
 
Full-service and Delivery/ Carry-out models available.
   
Initial Franchise Fee: $15,000 - $25,000 (depending on model)
Monthly Franchise Fees:   3 - 4% of Gross Sales
Marketing Co-op Fee   $350 (Monthly)
   
Initial Investment:   $100,000 - $200,000
